An underground smokehouse and steakhouse of carnivorous desire - Meatmaiden delivers premium cuts from the country’s best meat producers. We fire up our custom-built smoker with ironbark from the Blue Mountains to deliver some incredible barbecue and dry-age grill cuts in house for up to 40 days to pack in maximum flavour. Or come and grab a drink at the bar, with a quirky line-up of Australian craft beer, wines and cocktails.
