Saint.Urban, is a Richmond Wine Bar Bistro, the space is filled with natural light , with attention to detail in its design. A lane way entrance , spectacular front presence featuring hand made vaulted steel glass windows, fireplace, hard plaster french wax walls, and a laden filled wine racks suspended from the ceiling over the Bar set the tone for authentic European ambiance. The physical setting ties in hand in glove with it food and wine offering , featuring sheep's milk haloumi peppered fig, Wagyu +9 carpaccio on manchego custard, upland cress, pickled king brown mushroom, golden brown gnocchi with pumpkin drizzled in burnet butter under amaretti crumbs or a chocolate pudding with peanut butter ganache. As well as the tradtional entree, mains and dessert offer the venue is perfect as a drop in place for a glass of wine (or something else) with a plate of cheese , charcuterie, or a sharing plates when you need some adult downtime, catch up with a friend or partner or just because you can.The carefully curated wine list showcases a bunch of Australian and European varieties with sixteen+ by the glass.
