We proudly support Tasmanian farmers, sourcing our beef & lamb from the richest pastures of the North, Northwest & Southern Midlands, oysters & fresh seafood from the East Coast & free range chicken & local fresh produce from a variety of farm of gates. Cataract on Paterson is home to the new, exciting & unique interactive dining experience Stonegrill. The unique cooking method presents your meal coking on a 400ºC volcanic stone at your table, the high temperature sears in all the natural juices & nutrients, enhancing the full flavours &tenderness of your meal. Our venue is perfectly located to host any function we can comfortably accommodate small and intimate gatherings to large functions with the ability to private seat groups from 5 to comfortably seat up to 150 guests and cocktail party to host up to 350 guests. We can accommodate conference or meetings offering a professional space utilising the diverseness of the room. Full AV equipment has been installed including projector, screen & microphone. Cataract on Paterson’s exclusive & private courtyard, accessed via a series of stunning bi fold doors, is the perfect setting for pre or post celebration drinks or an outside dining experience or break out area.
