The service is precise and welcoming and ensures that every guest has a memorable experience. The menu, designed by chefs Guy Grossi and Chris Rodriguez, focuses on local, seasonal produce. Grossi Florentino’s motto lies in using seasonal produce to ensure it is at its best possible quality. Supporting local producers is also very important. Given the Italian heritage of the Florentino, the Grossi family premium Italian ingredients are also imported and showcased in many ways. Our wine lists are ever changing, outstanding and dynamic. This enables us to deliver depth, not only in style, but also in its regional representation. Throughout the lists you will find explanatory notes which are a by-product of our passion for product knowledge and can be helpful with food matching.
