Horizons Restaurant and Bar is located in the absolute beachfront Opal Cove Resort and is the perfect location for a relaxed dining experience. The restaurant features modern Australian cuisine menus with creative flair, changing seasonally to take full advantage of the region's freshest produce and seafood. With views overlooking the swimming pool and beyond to the Pacific Ocean, guests are able to dine al fresco on the terrace or in air conditioned comfort. Horizons Restaurant is an al a carte dining restaurant most times of the year and bookings are preferred. During NSW school holidays the a la carte menu is replaced with a Blackboard Brasserie Menu offering more fanily friendly dining. Horizons Bar has an extensive wine list and fabulous cocktails on offer with Happy Hour daily from 5.00pm — 6.00pm.
